Questions that usually come up before a quote.

Why don't you show public prices?

Because every real scenario is different: a 200-bed hospital doesn't pay the same as a 3-doctor practice. We prefer to quote with real data instead of an inflated number for everyone.

Can I start on Bronze and move up to Silver or Gold?

Yes, anytime. Switching plans doesn't interrupt service and the current month is prorated. It also works for downgrades (if a plan turns out oversized).

What if my product isn't on this list?

Plans apply to the 8 ECAV products. For custom projects (bespoke integrations, extended consulting) we quote by scope — write us with the details.

Is there a setup or implementation fee?

Depends on the product and size. Health and ERP have an initial cost for data migration + configuration. For SIFEN, Pay and Agents, setup is included in the first monthly fee. The quote breaks it down.

Do you sign annual or monthly contracts?

By default we offer monthly with no commitment. Annual contracts get a discount — the quote covers both.

What happens to my data if I stop using ECAV?

You export everything that's yours — database, signed fiscal documents, attachments. Standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). No lock-in, no export fees.
